Practical information

• Check-in between 15:00 and 21:00, unless otherwise agreed.

• Check-out at 11.00 at the latest.

• Payment takes place on arrival unless otherwise agreed. 

• We accept Visa and Master Card. Cancellations must reach us no later than 10.00 on the day of arrival. 

• If the cancellation comes later than this time, the customer must pay 100% of the agreed price, provided that Lofoten sommerhotell / Kabelvåg Vandrerhjem cannot rent out the ordered room.

• Group: Unless a written agreement has been made between the summer hotel/hostel and the group w/contact person, 30% of the total price must be paid when the reservation is confirmed. The rest of the total amount must be paid no later than 4 weeks before arrival.
