We serve a good and healthy breakfast to all our guests, regardless of whether you choose a hostel or a hotel. We serve bread that we bake ourselves and use as many local ingredients as possible. Our employees are dedicated and are happy to join in a food conversation, they are happy to asked about recipes or other good advice.
The dining room is a cozy and important room, and there is always a good atmosphere around the tables. Plans are often made here for the day's activities and experiences - Perhaps there will be a mountain trip or a road trip to the well-known fishing villages of Henningsvær, Nusfjord or Reine, for example.
